I have a PS2 and tried GZ Sport and Power Stepper for my console after my partner suggested I lose some weight. After eight weeks of exercise I had gone down from 16 stone in weight to 13.5 stone. Now I have a great excuse to lose weight and play games in the safety and warmth of my own house without being nagged at by my partner about exercising. These are such great products and I expect will increase in popularity for the next generation of computer gamers.

Gamercize fitness at home
Last year our family's New Year Resolution was to get fit. But it's hard enough to get the kids out to go shoppping, let only drag them away from the TV to play Sports. When I discovered Gamercize I knew I had the winning answer, something that was fun, that we could all do as a family, and something which would increase our fitness in our living rooms. Now I can't even drag the kids away, but I'm happy to say that as a family we've begun spending more time together, having fun together (which is priceless) and as a bonus our fitness has also increased! Gamercize is the new home gym
We're bombarded with New Year offers to sign up at the gym and improve exercise levels rather than sitting at home watching tv or playing games. For a couch potato such as me, there's no way I'm going out on cold winter evenings for anyone - not even when it's actually for my own benefit! Gamercize boosts confidence
At school I have never been good at sports and was always the last to get picked for teams. I am not overweight or anything but I am not fit. I always feel really envious of those that like to play sports as a hobby and wish I could join in, because it looks like so much fun, but felt unable to do so because I know I am no good and unfit. Going to the gym and being seen by others makes me feel uncomfortable. Thats why I love Gamercize because I have managed to get fit without the embaressment and have now joined a Badminton group at my local gym and I love it!!

Gamercize Mums Have Fun
My son owns a Gamercize and he has lost some weight using it, so while he was at school I had a turn and I loved it.

Gamercize works as the new way of getting fit
With a little research I came upon Gamercize and bought one.
I havent looked back since. Not only has my cardio fitness improved, but by being actively engaged in something I enjoy at the same time I have maintained my motivation and enthusiasm for the exercise provided. By being able to work at my own intensity, in my own envirinment and at my own pace I have now lost weight and beaten my gaming high scores along with my buldge. Surely the perfect combination. I can only say that it really does work and if anyone asks I would recommend this new way of getting fit. Thank you Gamercize.

Gamercize sports training
My daughter has been training with Gamercize to get herself fit as she is going to America in April 2008 to compete in the WSSA world championships sport stacking event. It helps tremendously if you are fit as the competition runs for 2 days and you are stacking stacks at such a high speed and there are relay events. She came 9th fastest in the world for her age (11 years old) she hopes this year she will be even faster after training with Gamercize.
She has more energy and has increased her speed for sport stacking already. Fingers crossed for the world championships. She feels faster than ever thanks to Gamercize.

Gamercize reaching new heights
I was given the opportunity to trek to Everest Base Camp and at the time I was certainly not fit enough to take on such a task so I borrowed a Gamercize from a friend and I had three weeks to get reasonably fit - but I also had to work. Fortunately I worked at home and used the Gamercize with my computer and I certainly felt the difference very quickly. I went on my trek and at the age of 60 I can say that I climbed up to Everest Base Camp having never done anything like it before.
