Orders

All orders can be placed online through the website. All orders subject to availability.

When you place an order on our website, we will request information from you "the user" as required. Here the user must provide contact information (like name, shipping address, landline telephone number). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customers' orders. In case of difficulty in processing an order, this information will be used to contact the user.

We may use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or divulge any personal information for any secondary purposes.

Method of Payment

You can pay either by VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron cards or Solo cards.  We are UNABLE to accept  AMEX, cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.

Pricing Policy

VAT & The EU:
All products on gamercize.net are priced in pounds sterling and include EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate.

Delivery

We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.

In most cases we utilise FedEx for cost effective delivery. All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and delivery to a UK address. This charge is added to your order before you enter your payment details in the checkout area. 

Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day. You may find it easier to give a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order. For heavy or bulky items we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee if the customer is not there to collect the goods as arranged.

Standard delivery is next working between 9am and 5.30pm. Any questions please email sales@gamercize.net or telephone Customer Services on 08450 558 410 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. All calls will be charged at local rate.

Please note that the purchaser must sign for receipt of the order.

Please note that exercise equipment must at all times be used only in accordance with manufacturers instructions and only after thoroughly reading and understanding those instructions. No one should undertake any form of exercise without first consulting their doctor or specialist and agreeing with them that it is safe for them to do so.

Warranty

Gamercize guarantee’s its product range for DOMESTIC USE only for a period of 12 months from the certified date of purchase. During this period we have the right to: -

  1. provide parts for the purchaser to effect repair.
  2. repair the product returned (at the purchaser’s cost) to our warehouse.
  3. replace the product if it is deemed economical to do so.

This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This guarantee does not cover wear and tear on upholstery or consumables. This guarantee does not cover abuse or defects caused by storage or use outside those intended. If you need to advise us of a defect with your product, we may ask for proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Exercise equipment Warranty: Each item supplied comes with a manufacturer's warranty, which is passed directly to the customer, gamercize.net has no control over the terms of the warranty. If your product is faulty on delivery please email us at support@gamercize.net.

Returns and Refunds

Should you need to return an item you should in the first instance email us at support@gamercize.net stating the item(s) that you are returning.  To assist processing please state the reason for the return and indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the credit card originally used, a cheque, or an exchange*.  State the preferred delivery address for your exchange or cheque refund. 

*At present, we can only offer an exchange for the same product.

The only stipulation is that we receive the goods back in the condition they arrived with you, and that they are repacked into the box/packaging they arrived in.  If returned goods are not repacked properly by the customer they may incur a 10% repacking/restocking charge. 

In general few returns are charged this, however if return goods are in such a condition that costs are incurred to recheck the product then the 10% may apply . 

Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. 

Refunds will be credited back within 30 days of the cancellation. Please note our carriers only uplift Monday to Friday.

We will fully reimburse agreed returns made due to faulty goods or an error on our part, but we reserve the right to charge you for recovery of the goods in the event of a cancellation. If you have any doubts please email us at support@gamercize.net

We do not guarantee that our website or Content will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service. We may suspend our service for operational reasons such as repair, maintenance or improvements, or otherwise in emergencies and we may change or discontinue the availability of any Content, goods or services at any time as we see fit.

Complaints

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint should be emailed to support@gamercize.net .  Alternatively, you may telephone the Customer Support Line on 08450 558 410 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed complaint within 5 working days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.
